Sand Ups: Valsesians in Italian East Africa

On Saturday, September 7 at 4:15 pm, at the headquarters of the “Museo dell’Emigrante” in Roasio, the book entitled “Insabbiati – Valsesiani in Africa Orientale Italiana” by Aldo Lanfranchini will be presented.

A careful documentation narrated and accompanied by over 250 images to tell the story of the “insabbiati”, or the Valsesians who had moved to the colonies of East Africa since the ‘3s.

We remind you that the emigrant museum is located in Via Vittorio Veneto 75 – Frazione Sant’Eusebio in VC and you can preview some parts of the museum by clicking here
