Cooking “roots workshop” during the day of the Armenians in the world: the third Sunday of November with a cooking workshop and a folk dance workshop, tasting of local products, lunch with a menu created by chefs working abroad. October and November are the months in which those who were expatriates returned home and we will dedicate their events to Roots Tourism: the October Livestock Fair, in November the Patronal Feast of St. Cecilia (on the 16th), the Festa degli Alberghieri (on the 2nd weekend) and the Day of the Armenians in the World
Enhancement of the Museum of Hoteliers during the Day of the Armenians in the World: Itineraries to visit the Exhibition with costumed components that guide the tourist to discover our traditions. Creation and sending of a Newsletter dedicated to Roots Tourism, thanks to the collaboration with the parish and the Hotel Association who already have regular contacts with Armenians living abroad.
Costume visit to the Exhibition of Traditions managed by the Mottarone Folk Group – Traditions” the group offers meticulous reconstructions of the school and the typical environments of the past with original furniture and objects. Founded in 1936, the Group keeps the tradition of the town alive through numerous costumed events with mountain songs and ancient ballads set to music with the accordion.
Creation of a brochure with mapping of cultural events and mapping of craft companies: mapping of cultural and identity events that take place in the municipal area throughout the year. Distribution of brochures to owners of farmhouses, shopkeepers and families active in widespread hospitality.
