It may be surprising to think of olive trees on the hills of Pinerolo, but they have been cultivated here for almost a thousand years. Accompanied by a dedicated narrative, you will stroll through the streets of the historic center of Pinerolo, heading towards the hill and the agricultural landscape with its traditions, stories, and ancient local legends. You will visit a farm that produces extra virgin olive oil, located on land where olives have been cultivated since before the year 1100 AD. You will discover olive trees that are 200 years old and learn about methods that aim for excellence in every stage of production, from cultivation to pressing, bottling, and storage. And in the end, you will have the opportunity to taste this excellent oil directly.
