On Friday 21 February, the workshop “Sustainable Tourism and Roots Tourism” was held in the course of Anthropology of Cultural and Environmental Heritage of the University of Turin (UNITO) held by the contact person of Italea Piemonte, Marco Zaccarelli and Professor Laura Bonato.

The workshop, lasting 4 hours, was an opportunity for discussion and exchange on the particular aspects of Roots Tourism and the story and enhancement of the territories. More than 100 students present in the classroom!

Thanks to Professor Bonato for the invitation and to the numerous participants for the many food for thought that emerged in the morning.
