The experience
Arrival in the morning in the Stura Valley and crouset workshop in Vinadio: participants will have the opportunity to put their hands in the dough and try to make the typical pasta of the Stura Valley and take home the result.
Lunch in a restaurant with local products.
In the afternoon, guided tour of the Ecomuseum of Pastoralism and the alpine village of Pontebernardo at 1400 meters. The museum space Na draio per vioure (A path to live) was born in 2000 and tells the story of La Routo, or the paths traveled by shepherds over the centuries during the transhumance between the Crau plain, in Provence and the mountain pastures of the Italian Alps. In addition, the focus of the ecomuseum is the enhancement of the Sambucana sheep breed native to this area.

The Stura di Demonte Valley and its treasures
Arrival in the morning in Demonte, one of the major centers of the Stura Valley and guided tour of Palazzo Borelli which contains the history of the municipality. With its Baroque façade and rooms adorned with precious frescoes, it hosted the stays of King Carlo Alberto of Savoy. Framing the whole structure is a beautiful nineteenth-century park with four terraces.

In the afternoon, visit to the Rocchia Distillerie company to discover the history of the company and the methods of distilling lavender.
During the flowering period from 20 June to 20 July, accompanied access to the lavender fields.
During the day you will be accompanied by specialized personnel.
