Maninpasta: small course of traditional focacceria from the Ligurian Apennines

Tuesday, August 6 at 3:30 pm, Irene Calamante awaits you in Cabella Ligure for “Maninpasta”.
Irene has carried out several researches on ancient grains, on the traditions linked to the typical bakery products of the territory of the four provinces (Alessandria, Genoa, Pavia and Piacenza) and with the help of an artisan workshop proposes the nice initiative: “Maninpasta”.
Thanks to this activity you will be able to rediscover the ancient aromas and flavors of the ancient focacceria of the Ligurian Apennines.
At the end it will be possible to taste some prepared products and other local De.Co specialties (Municipal Denominations).
