Show by the folk group Trinacria. Trinacria is the ancient name of Sicily, given by the Greeks in the third century

B.C. for its triangular shape: three promontories, three points… three friends, three musicians, three types of traditional instruments from southern Italy.

United by the same musical experience for over fifteen years, as the historical nucleus of “TAMMORRA”, the trio has trodden numerous stages of festivals and theaters, charged by the energy of an always generous audience that has stimulated us to take new paths.

The repertoire consists of original compositions inspired by Mediterranean popular culture, to which they pay homage by also proposing reworked traditional songs. Through a fun musical journey, the three players interpret rhythms and songs of the Mediterranean tradition and songs of migrants performing overwhelming tarantella and tammurriate.
